Membership Policy

The Crowns Membership Program ("Crowns") is a membership program offered by Good Hair Bar, Inc ("GHB") to its most valued customers of Good Hair Bar goods and services. These terms and conditions form the agreement between each customer that participates in Crowns (known as a "Member"); all styles, treatments, discounts, anniversary credit, VIP area bookings (known as “Perks”) and GHB with respect to Crowns. GHB reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or to adopt additional rules, regulations, policies, or procedures ("Related Rules") affecting Crowns and to terminate Crowns or a Member's membership in Crowns at any time for any reason without prior written notice. By participating in Crowns, Member agrees to these terms and conditions and Related Rules. Memberships in Crowns entitles each Member to a variety of benefits, including the following: 

Single Crown Membership:

  • 1 Essential Style/month 
  • 10% discount on products (in-store only)
  • 1 Free Hair: Upgrade Service (any Hair: Upgrade except a Split End Trim or Curly Cut)

Unused styles, treatments, and discounts do not accumulate or rollover, and must be used within 30 days of membership charge. Monthly free treatment must be used at original membership purchase location.  Membership styles are non-transferable except where noted below. 

Double Crown Membership:

  • 2 Essential Styles/month
  • 10% discount on products (in-store only)
  • 2 Free Hair: Upgrade Services/month (any Hair: Upgrade except a Split End Trim or Curly Cut)
  • 5% off all additional services in the salon
  • $10 to use toward any product on your birthday (must be used within 5 days before or after your birthday)
  • 1 Free Steam Treatment/month

Triple Crown Membership:

  • 3 Essential styles/month 
  • 10% discount on products (in-store only)
  • 3 Free Hair: Upgrade Services/month
  • 5% off all additional services in the salon
  • $25 to use toward any product on your birthday (must be used within 5 days before or after your birthday)
  • 1 Free Steam Treatment/month
  • 1 Free Growth Massage/month
  • 1 VIP Area booking per calendar year

Styles other than Essential Styles can be purchased by Crowns Members. Member will simply pay the difference between the current cost of an Essential Style and the current cost of the style Member desires.

Gratuities on services are not included in the monthly price. Discounts on products and tools apply to in-store purchases only. Discounts and membership perks are non-transferrable and can only be used by Member.

To redeem membership perks and/or discounts, Members must provide their name and identify themselves as a Crowns Member. Any attempt to transfer benefits under Crowns may result in automatic cancellation of membership.

Good Hair Bar reserves the right to request proper identification from a Member before providing perk provided under Crowns Membership Program. For a full list of participating Good Hair Bar locations, please visit https://www.goodhairbar.com/locations.

In order to receive a complimentary credit on you birthday, Member must be an active member of Crowns in good standing. Birthday credits may be redeemed 5 days before, on the day of, or 5 days after the Member’s birthday. Birthday credits not used during this time will expire.

Members also agree to allow Good Hair Bar to communicate via mail, email, phone (including text messages), external websites and various other channels. GHB may use these channels to communicate with Member about account status, program changes, Related Rules, special offers or promotions, or other matters GHB believes may be of interest to Member.

Membership can be canceled at any time, without penalty, with 30 days notice. Memberships must be canceled by physically visiting a Good Hair Bar location and signing the cancellation agreement. Member’s signatures are required to cancel a membership. Phone calls, emails or other means of communication will not be accepted methods of cancelling a membership. Please allow 72 hours minimum for the cancellation to be processed. 

Upon cancellation, unused Perks will continue to exist through the end of the 30 day period of which the Member has most recently been charged. No refunds under any circumstances. Unused Perks have no cash value. Any Perks must be redeemed within the most recent 30 day period Member has been charged or they will expire forever.

Member is not entitled to redeem unused Perks for cash or salon credit and Member is not entitled to a refund for any unused Perks at any time during membership or upon cancellation.

The membership fees will recur monthly until canceled by the member. Each Member agrees and understands that the Member's credit card will automatically be charged the applicable monthly fee for the Member’s membership level. It is each Member's responsibility to keep GHB informed of accurate billing information. A new form must be completed for any changes in billing information. The monthly fee will be charged automatically and approximately on the same day each month, either the 15th of the month or the 30th of the month.

If Good Hair Bar terminates the Crowns Membership Program or a Member's membership in the Crowns Membership Program, the Member's credit card will not be charged for the next billing period and the terms applicable to cancel memberships will apply. Payment Authorization: Membership Perks are non-transferable and may be canceled at any time, without any penalty. If a Member upgrades the Member’s membership level, any unused Perks will roll over to the upgraded membership and the new monthly membership fee will be charged automatically to the authorized credit card and approximately on the same day of the month that the Member purchased the upgraded membership.

Membership Agreement: Any unused Perks must be redeemed within the most recent 30 day period during which Member has been charged, or they will expire forever. If a Member upgrades the member’s membership level, any unused Perks at the time of the upgrade will terminate and member will receive new perks and new membership level.
