Cancellations more than 24 hours before an appointment incur no fees or charges. Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged 100% of the cost of the appointment.
Good Hair Bar guests love our in-and-out fast appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule to help keep our quick-appointment-promise for the other guests
If you miss your appointment and do not call ahead to let us know, you will be charged the full amount 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. Note: Good Hair Bar does not offer refunds for no-call, no-shows.
We ask that you do not bring children, guests, or pets to your appointment so that all Good Hair Bar queens and kings can sit back, relax, and enjoy their styling session and salon experience.
It’s our policy to keep our guests and our staff safe. We’ll abide by the recommendations of our local government regarding masks and social distancing. If you are feeling sick, please call the salon to reschedule your appointment.
Birthdays are to be celebrated, so we send birthday gifts, deals and offers when yours comes around each year.
Rest assured, our system is completely secure and encrypted. There are two why we need a credit card to book your appointment:
1. With COVID-19 and other such situations, we care about your health and the environment. Therefore, we are a cashless and paper-conscious salon. We only accept credit cards for payment. When you arrive to our salon, your card will already be on file with us. You don't even have to take it out. We'll just charge the card on file, unless you opt to use different card.
2. When guests cancel their appointments within 24 hours of their appointment, or skip out on showing up to their appointment altogether, our talented Gurus miss the opportunity to serve other guests at the time that was alloted. This causes them to miss out on payment, tips and bonuses they would have otherwise received.
We ask guests to simply reschule if they need to or cancel prior to 24 hours of their appointment. This allows our Hosts time to fill that appointment slot.
We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. When guests cancel prior to 24 hours of their appointment or fail to show up at all, we charge the card for the full amount of the service they would have otherwise received. It is very easy to cancel ahead of time and avoid any fees. Simply call us prior to 24 hours of your appointment to avoid any late fees or charges.
