Cancellation, Late & No-Show Policies

You may cancel up to 24 hours before the start of your appointment. By entering your credit card information, you agree to accept a cancellation fee equal to the full amount of your scheduled service(s) if you cancel within 24 hours of the start of your appointment. 
For group appointments of 2 or more, your card will be charged the full amount for any in the party who cancel within 24 hours.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, it's easy to do so, call us directly (leave a message if we are closed or unable to answer the phone), and/or cancel on the app or website.

Card information is encrypted and stored to your customer profile to be used in accordance with our no-show/cancellation policy..

Late Arrival Policy

Good Hair Bar guests love our in-and-out fast appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule to help keep our quick-appointment-promise for the other guests.

Please arrive fifteen minutes before your scheduled appointment. Your appointment time may be shortened to fit the time allotted less the amount of time you are late. You will be responsible for the amount of the full service booked regardless of what time you arrive. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited and you may be charged up to 100% of the treatment booked.

Reminders:  As a courtesy, you may receive a confirmation email and/or text if you have opted into received emails and/or texts from Good Hair Bar. Not receiving a courtesy reminder will not excuse a missed appointment or a late arrival.

No-Call, No-Show Policy

If you miss your appointment and do not call ahead to let us know, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. Note: Good Hair Bar does not offer refunds for no-call, no-shows.

For group appointments of 2 or more, your card will be charged the full cost/price of the group appointment if they no show.

Good Hair Bar Members will be charged one style benefit on your membership. If no style benefit is present on your account, then you will be charged the current Member price of an Essential Style to the credit card on file.
